8-Channel Input
These input jacks are for inputting multi-channel audio signals in high definition MUSE 3-1 format, multi-channel audio signals from an MPEG multi-channel decoder, SACD and DVD-Audio.
The 8 channels are the Front left, Front right, Center, Surround left, Surround right, Surround Back Left, Surround Back Right and the Subwoofer.
These connections are made by using 8 standard phono (RCA’s) cables. The inputs are on the amplifier and by selecting ‘Ext in’ you can receive analog audio signals via a source such as a DVD player.
